La Nueva Terapia (LNT®) is a quantum healing technique that works on the three bodies that make us up: the physical, the energetic and the spiritual. It's based on the idea that many physical or emotional troubles originate from blockages and trauma stored in the energetic body, and it uses specific protocols to release them and restore balance, allowing energy to flow freely again.
Sessions are painless and non-invasive, and can be held in person at Cortijo Vista Azul or remotely.
Reiki is a gentle energy practice often chosen for relaxation, rest and personal reconnection. Sessions can be offered in person or online.

I offer online kinesiology and energy-based wellbeing sessions, with particular availability for clients in Spain and Norway. Complementary therapies do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
